You can do a product return within 15 days of the product's original purchase with a deduction of 20% of the purchase value (restocking fee).

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that the following conditions are met:

• You purchased the product in the last 15 days.
• The product was not used or damaged.
• You have the receipt or proof of purchase, and the product remains sealed.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

We will inspect all goods on return and try hard to accept all returns. However, in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are refundable.

Damaged Items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale Items

Unfortunately, we cannot refund sale items. Only regular-price items are eligible for a refund.
