Product Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at Miamon Cosmetics. Please check the product return info section for details on whether the item you purchased is returnable.
If your purchase doesn’t satisfy you, we’re here to help.
You can do a product return within 15 days of the product’s original purchase with a deduction of 20% of the purchase value (restocking fee).
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that the following:
- You purchased the product in the last 15 days.
- Someone didn’t use or damage the product.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase, and the product remains sealed.
- We will not consider products that do not meet these criteria for return.

We will inspect all goods on return and try hard to accept all returns. However, in the unlikely event that someone returns an item to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are refundable.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items
Unfortunately, we cannot refund sale items, only regular-price items.
